1. Service Agreement
By using Helipeak's automotive services, you agree to these terms. Services include engine tuning, automotive recovery, and brake safety diagnostics. All work is performed by certified technicians at our facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. Service Booking & Payment
- Customers must provide valid vehicle information and contact details
- Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative terms are arranged
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee
3. Liability & Warranty
Helipeak provides workmanship warranty on all services for 30 days. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or vehicle misuse post-service. Customers assume all risk during vehicle transport to/from our facility.
4. Vehicle Condition
Customers declare their vehicle is in safe operating condition. Helipeak is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues discovered during service. Additional costs for unforeseen repairs will be quoted separately.
5. Data & Privacy
Personal data collected (name, contact, vehicle details) is processed in compliance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection laws. We only contact customers regarding their service. Data is retained for 3 years for service records.
6. Limitation of Liability
Helipeak's total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We disclaim warranties beyond those explicitly stated in writing.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by Malaysian law. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
8. Changes to Terms
Helipeak reserves the right to update these terms. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of changes.
